Russ Ball
Russell Ball is the South District Manager for 21st Century Equipment, a John Deere Dealer with 16 locations across Nebraska, Colorado and Wyoming. Ball has spent 26 years with the John Deere dealership and a lifetime in the ag community. Before assuming his current role, Ball was general manager of the Cheyenne Wells, Colo., location. Ball spent 10 years in sales, seven years as a combine technician and three years working in the setup department at Kay Jan Equipment (which merged with 21st Century in 2011) before managing a local truck shop running trucks transporting grain and livestock around the Cheyenne Wells area.

Clayton Camp Jr.
Clay is the Parts Operations Manager at Kern Machinery, based in Bakersfield, California. He is a member of the Camp family’s fourth generation involved in the business, which has four California locations. Clay graduated from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2013 with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Financial Management. Before joining Kern Machinery, he worked in Stotz Equipment’s management development program. Prior to that, Clay interned with the John Deere dealer development team in Australia and for Rabobank’s agri-business division in Bakersfield.

Grant Garton
Grant Garton started working at the family business, Garton Tractor Inc., after graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a BS in Agriculture Systems Management in 2010. He is fourth generation in the business and currently branch manager at the Stockton and Woodland locations. Garton Tractor has 10 locations across Northern California.

Jason Wickham
Jason Wickham is Vice President at Wickham Tractor Company with five dealership locations in Colorado. Jason graduated from Colorado State University in 1997 with a BA in Agricultural Business with an emphasis in finance. After school, he became the third generation of Wickhams to work at the dealership. He opened the Sterling branch of Wickham Tractor in 1998 where he worked as the parts and service coordinator. In 2000 he worked for D & L Constructors before following his heart back to the family business three years later. Jason and brother Brad acquired the business from their father, Howard, and have overseen the acquisition of three additional locations.
