Focus on customer relationship-building training programs to enhance dealer profitability

Davis, CA, (April 1, 2019) — The Far West Equipment Dealers Association (FWEDA), the nonprofit trade association representing agricultural, industrial, material handling, hardware, lumber, outdoor power and rental equipment dealers in Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, Utah and Wyoming, announced today it has entered into a professional development training partnership with Idaho-based THE TRAINING A.S.P.E.C.T.  The partnership will provide best practice customer relationship-building tools, coursework and seminars to FWEDA members and their employees.
