In a 6-3 ruling, the Supreme Court blocked the Biden Administration’s vaccine-or-test mandate for businesses with over 100 employees. This mandate would have impacted approximately 84 million workers. The Supreme Court, in a 5-4 ruling, did allow the mandate for healthcare facilities that receive either Medicare or Medicaid funding.
