Leadership from top equipment manufacturers will address issues of interest to dealers during a panel discussion at the 2018 Convention at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort. Kim Rominger, President & CEO of the EDA, leads the discussion starting at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15.

Adrian Saenz

Adrian Saenz is currently the Division Sales Manager for the John Deere Agricultural & Turf Division within Deere and Company where he is responsible for Channel Sales and ensuring performance of the Ag and Turf business portfolio across 7 Western US states (CA, OR, WA, ID, MT, AK, and HI).

Bill Hurley

Bill Hurley serves as Vice President, Aftersales, Customer Support, & Distribution Development, North America at AGCO, a leading global manufacturer of agricultural equipment. He has spent over 20 years in various, sales, marketing, and customer support positions with the John Deere Company prior to accepting a position with AGCO in 2009 as Director of Marketing.

Seth Tansey

Seth Tansey is the West Region Sales Director for New Holland Agriculture. He started with New Holland in 2013 with the Network Development group. Prior to joining the New Holland team, he spent 15 years working in commercial operations for various manufacturers, including Navistar.

Ryan Schaefer

Ryan Schaefer is the Senior Director of North American Sales for Case IH.  In this role he leads the U.S. and Canada sales organizations in strategic development and execution of all dealer-facing and end user retail-oriented sales processes.
